We would like to introduce you to our "Main Man!" Having shrunk our herd considerably (due to my wrist problems), we have sold all of our older herdsires and purchased this lovely male. Along with limiting the size of our herd, we made the decision to breed primarily for black and gray. With that in mind, we acquired our Marzipan, with deep black and gray on both sides of his pedigree. We are excited about what he brings to our breeding program. We will also be doing some outside breeding to bring additional high-quality black and gray genetics into our herd. Marzipan embodies all the characteristics that we value, and has settled his first two females in one breeding each. And he says he is ready for more! Add these genes to your own herd; you won't be disappointed. Watch for the addition of our promising young Juniors to this list later!!

Each breeding comes with 60 days free board for your female and her cria, although we can decide to handle it differently if you live nearby. Board includes feed, routine care, and the standard pampering! We also offer a 30-day live-cria guarantee.

Spring breedings will be limited, call early! This Herdsire is turning heads!
Our multiple-blue-ribbon-winning herdsire, Marzipan, is a son of SA Peruvian Black Epic and a grandson of 4Peruvian Black Magic. His dam, Majesty's Jewel, is a lovely medium rose gray girl from the P. Macusani line, and a blue-ribbon winner herself. Of course, Black Epic is one of the most be-ribboned black herdsires in the country. Marzipan took his second blue ribbon at the 2005 MaPaca Jubilee, which gives him a record of being in the top ribbons in every show he has entered. But we don't need ribbons to know that this boy is special! Although maroon, Marzipan has true black and gray genes going as deep as four generations. With his wonderful conformation, great fiber coverage, density, and character of fleece, we have high hopes that Marzipan will continue the tradition of quality set by the Rising Sons of RCF! Marz began breeding this fall and settled his first two females easily. Marzipan will only be offered for limited breeding, so be sure to include him in your list of prospects and contact us soon!
